Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a quantitative field.
• 3+ years of full-time relevant work experience in the US.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Tools.
• Knowledge in SQL and Power BI preferred but not required.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed financial models supporting business performance.
• Build tools, projections and scenario analyses to evaluate business risk and future outlooks.
• Isolate key drivers, quantify impacts, and assess implications of operational changes.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Conduct sensitivity and trade-off analyses tied to core business levers.
• Support the creation of insight-led narratives that connect financial outcomes to operational drivers.
• Build and maintain analytical tools, templates, and dashboards for repeatable decision support.
• Collaborate with Product, Claims, and other cross-functional partners to understand business context and needs.
• Deliver timely analyses and reporting to support business decisions.
• Manage moderately complex analytical projects addressing ambiguous questions.
