Job summary

Pediatric Home Service, Inc. in Minnesota is seeking a Financial Analyst II to support the Finance department by analyzing, monitoring, and reporting financial data while ensuring adherence to sound accounting principles.

You will collaborate with service line leaders, prepare financial reports, and contribute to strategic planning. Key duties include forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, month-end close, and presenting insights to leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 3 years of financial analysis experience.
• Strong analytical and financial reporting skills.
• Experience with Power BI or data analytics tools.
• FP&A certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepares consolidated forecasts and budgets, and analyzes revenue, expense, capex and other related areas.
• Presents financial performance reporting, variance drivers, metrics and insights to leaders.
• Prepares moderate to complex analytical reports including budgets and revenue/expense analysis.
• Completes month-end, quarterly and year-end reporting and reviews.
• Leads the annual budget process for respective departments and monitors variances to budget.
• Performs additional financial analyses and ad hoc projects as needed.
