Job summary

Parker Hannifin Corporation seeks a Financial Analyst to support monthly close, provide financial analysis to management, and assist with planning and reporting for Global Parker Lord divisions. This role partners with business managers to drive decisions and improvements, including FP&A activities and system enhancements.

The position is based in Cary, NC with a 4 days in-office and 1 day remote hybrid schedule, offering exposure to SAP, Oracle HFM and Power BI in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance or similar.
• Knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting principles.
• Experience with SAP, Oracle HFM or Power BI preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills; ability to present to management.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly close process and journal entries.
• Assist forecasting and annual budgeting for Parker Lord divisions.
• Analyze FP&A data for cost centers and management reporting.
• Maintain and improve financial systems (SAP, HFM, Blackline) as needed.
• Participate in special projects and quarterly reconciliations.
• Collaborate with credit, collections, payables or other accounting functions as needed.
