Job summary

Farmer Focus is seeking a Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. The role involves building models, KPI dashboards, and data analysis across ERP data, sales, operations, and cost accounting.

The position requires strong Excel and Power BI skills, experience with ERP/CRM systems, and the ability to deliver accurate insights in a collaborative, fast-paced team environment. Hybrid work arrangement available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Analytics, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in financial analytics or accounting.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and Power BI with data modeling and dashboards.
• Familiarity with ERP, CRM, and OLAP platforms for analytics.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support FP&A with annual budget, forecasting, and financial modeling.
• Participate in monthly closing, variances, and cash flow analysis.
• Develop KPI reports and dynamic dashboards for finance and ops.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Marketing on cost and revenue analysis.
• Assist with CAPEX tracking, ROI analyses, and capital spending.
• Provide data-driven insights to improve efficiencies and accuracy.
