Qualifications

• 1+ years FP&A, financial analysis, budgeting, or forecasting experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Advanced Excel skills; Experience with PowerPoint and financial reporting systems preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including expense, capital, and variance reporting
• Develop dashboards, KPIs, and management reporting tools
• Assist with monthly business reviews and executive presentations
• Partner with department leaders to evaluate financial performance and future spending
• Support business case development, strategic projects, and growth initiatives
• Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost savings, and operational efficiencies
• Assist with enhancements to financial planning, reporting, and forecasting systems
