Job summary

Watts Water Technologies is seeking a Commercial Water Quality / EasyWater Systems Engineer in Fort Worth, TX. This hybrid role blends in-office collaboration three days a week with remote work two days, supporting the Water Quality/EasyWater Commercial team throughout technology evaluation and sales processes.

You will provide technical guidance, training, and equipment quotes, engage with dealers, sales reps, and customers, and help select the best system while driving top-line revenue and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent
• 3+ years in commercial water quality or HVAC/plumbing industry
• Customer service and/or sales experience preferred
• Demonstrated ability to apply commercial HVAC and plumbing equipment in complex systems
• Public presentation skills and comfort addressing varied audiences
• Strong technical background and safety/process knowledge

Responsibilities

• Support bid and specification work with Water Quality/EasyWater dealers and sales reps.
• Develop new business opportunities and manage a robust pipeline of projects.
• Cultivate customer relationships for repeat business and satisfaction.
• Provide onsite training to customers on Watts Water Quality products.
• Troubleshoot field system issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Present sales proposals and communicate strategy to internal teams.
