Job summary

Octagon is seeking a driven Senior Account Executive to join the Partner Management team supporting a flagship Formula 1 client. You will help manage day-to-day partnership delivery, maintain rights inventories, and collaborate with clients, rights holders, and internal teams to optimize campaigns.

The role emphasizes organization, cross-functional teamwork, and a passion for brand marketing and sports sponsorship, with a hybrid work model prioritizing Stamford, CT.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in account management or client services in sports/entertainment.
• Passion for brand marketing and sports sponsorship, especially Formula 1.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to travel domestically and work weekends/holidays (0–15%).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; PowerPoint and Excel required.
• Ability to build positive client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day management and delivery of the partnership.
• Serve as a primary agency contact for client sponsorship teams and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain key account tools, including rights inventories, asset trackers, and reports.
• Develop sell-in presentations and advise on integrating Formula 1 assets into campaigns.
• Manage partnership approvals, asset requests, and rights fulfillment.
• Support global pass-through activations and partnership servicing.
• Prepare client presentations, reports, and toolkits.
• Build relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to drive teamwork.
