Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 months of related experience and/or training, or equivalent.
• Prior forklift experience in inventory control, warehouse, shipping, receiving, or manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and comprehend simple instructions and operational documents.
• Ability to communicate effectively with employees and supervisors.
• Ability to perform basic math and problem-solve.
• Proficiency with inventory and tracking systems.
• Ability to obtain and maintain McCain forklift operator certification.

Responsibilities

• Receive, transfer, and store inventory from inbound deliveries to designated storage locations.
• Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to support warehouse and production operations.
• Record material movements using inventory tracking systems.
• Follow FIFO inventory practices to maintain product quality.
• Stage and deliver dry supplies and production materials to departments as requested.
• Conduct inventory counts and verify accuracy.
• Load, unload, and transport materials throughout the facility.
• Maintain records of inventory transactions and material movement.
• Support safety, quality, and efficiency improvement initiatives.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
