Job Description
Licensed Attorneys are responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Firm’s foreclosure and lending client case portfolios from assignment to conclusion. This is a hybrid / remote position which is primarily managed from our Warrington, PA office location. Candidates may have the ability to physically work from any of the Firm’s regional offices in PA, NJ, or NY. The ideal candidate will have 2 – 5 years + of foreclosure, real estate and creditors’ rights experience, including drafting and reviewing pleadings and appearing in court. Qualifications
J.D from an ABA accredited law school
Pennsylvania Bar Admission required, additional admissions in NJ or NY (or both) a bonus; Federal District Court admissions in PA, NJ and NY also a bonus; Candidate must be willing to waive into PA / NJ District Courts (at Firm’s expense) if not already admitted
2 - 5 years + foreclosure and litigation experience
Eviction and Bankruptcy experience a plus
Previous experience with electronic case management systems, CaseAware experience a plus.
Knowledge of laws related to practice areas, legal codes and court procedures.
Outstanding written and oral communication skills to communicate with other attorneys, staff and clients.
Must be able to positively interact and collaborate with clients and employees at all levels.
Must be flexible, self-directed, and motivated.
Outstanding organizational skills.
Ability to handle a large volume of cases
Proficient in Microsoft Office products, such as Outlook and Word
Valid Driver’s License
**Benefit: Origination incentive up to 20% for new clients brought to S &E. **
Salary Range: Salary Range: $90,000 - $125,000K ++, Commensurate with experience
