Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Forecast contact volumes and staff requirements, reporting actual vs. forecasted.
• Create and maintain forecast models for Contact Center operations.
• Collaborate with internal customers for impact analysis on changes.
• Develop reporting tools to analyze forecasting trends.
