Qualifications

• Proven verbal and written communication and project management experience.
• Knowledge of product construction concepts, materials, and life cycle.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Lead product teams through creation process and meet critical dates.
• Translate project brief and 2D design into a 3D sample meeting consumer and business needs.
• Ensure performance standards and support commercialization of products.
• Collaborate with Footwear Engineering, Testing, Design, Merchandising, Sourcing and overseas partners.
• Drive product and process excellence within a team environment.
