Daimler Truck Financial Services seeks a Fleet Credit Analyst to manage credit for DTFS Fleet customers with balances over $1.25M and to support line-of-credit decisions. You will work with Sales, Remarketing, and Dealer Credit teams to ensure profitable growth and sound credit risk management.

Qualifications

• BS/BA and 2-4 years of relevant experience or 6 years in lieu of degree.
• 2 years experience in a general business field.
• 1 year experience working with credit.
• Proficiency with MS Suite (Outlook and Excel).
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to collect data and establish facts and identify trends and variances.
• 2 years Financial analysis and presentation skills.
• 1 year Moody’s software experience.
• 2 years of Commercial Lending experience in the Transportation Industry.
• Knowledge in DTFS systems and applications: ALFA, PEGA, ECP, Credit Lens, Legal Documentation, UCC.

Responsabilités

• Analyze the financial condition for Fleet borrowers with DTFS outstanding balance > $1.25MM or credit line requests.
• Perform timely reviews of Fleet borrowers with balances > $1MM.
• Present sound recommendations to approving authorities for files outside limits of authority.
• Build positive relations with District Finance Managers on buying strategies.
• Participate in joint Sales calls and Customer/Dealer visits as needed.
• Understand Fleet related Legal documentation to remain compliant.
• Ensure compliance with Local and Global Credit Rules.
• Assist in training and coaching other fleet collectors.
• Support department projects and process improvements.
