Daimler Truck Financial Services in Charlotte, NC seeks a Fleet Credit Analyst to manage commercial retail and lease acquisitions for DTFS fleet customers above $1.25MM, working with Sales and Dealer networks to drive profitable growth.

The role requires financial statement analysis, negotiations, and strategic solutions, with collaboration across Legal, Workout, Remarketing, and Fleet Services. Hybrid schedule offered.

Qualifications

• BS/BA required; 2-4 years relevant experience preferred or 6 years in lieu of degree.
• 2 years experience in general business field.
• 1 year experience with credit.
• Proficiency with MS Suite (Outlook and Excel).
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to collect data and establish facts and identify trends.

Responsabilités

• Analyze the financial condition for Fleet borrowers with DTFS outstanding balances > $1.25MM.
• Perform timely reviews of Fleet borrowers with balances > $1MM.
• Present sound recommendations to approving authorities for files outside limits.
• Build relations with District Finance Managers to ensure proper credit risk and returns.
• Participate in joint Sales calls and Customer/Dealer visits.
• Understand Fleet related legal documents to ensure compliance.
• Ensure compliance with Local and Global Credit Rules.
• Assist in training and coaching other fleet collectors.
