Qualifications

• SIE, Series 7 and Series 63 exams required or completed within 90 days.
• Strong written and verbal communication; professional client service mindset.
• Experience with Bloomberg and Microsoft Office is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Support fixed income sales staff and customers to settle investments.
• Provide phone backup, trade execution, and account services.
• Coordinate security settlement and back-office tasks.
• Maintain daily office operations and regulatory compliance with MSRB/FINRA/SEC.
• Serve as back-up for sales staff and handle general office duties.
