Job summary

Equitable is seeking a Hybrid role in Charlotte, NC for a Collective Firm Payment and Program Administration specialist within the Elite Advisor Group (EAG). You will act as SME for program eligibility, team structures, financial modeling, and ongoing administration, partnering with Wealth Management, Finance, Legal and Compliance to optimize firm-level compensation programs.

The position offers a hybrid schedule (on-site 2–3 days/week) with base salary in the mid-to-high 90s K, plus incentives

Qualifications

• 5+ years of knowledge working with retail wealth management operations and advisor compensation programs.
• Demonstrated understanding of advisor teaming structures and financial modeling principles.
• Proven ability to design innovative solutions balancing operational, financial, and compliance considerations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for the Collective Firm Payment program, guidance on eligibility, team structures, financial modeling, payment calculations, and ongoing administration.
• Lead development and administration of firm-level compensation and advisor teaming programs, ensuring alignment with strategy and objectives.
• Manage and monitor the Collective Firm Payment mailbox, addressing inquiries accurately and within service standards.
• Coordinate cross-functional responses to complex matters involving design, eligibility, modeling, compensation calculations, and policy interpretation.
• Onboard new firms, maintain existing firms, and manage participant updates and agreements.
• Identify newly qualified firms and coordinate startup discussions, financial modeling, and implementation for annual launches.
• Partner with principals and teams to ensure timely completion of agreements and documentation.
• Identify and communicate exceptions to processes to improve reporting, controls, and timely payments.
• Strengthen compensation reporting, reconciliation, and internal control processes.
