Equitable seeks a seasoned professional to lead the Collective Firm Payment program as the SME, guiding eligibility, team structures, and financial modeling. You will manage onboarding, agreement execution, and cross-functional coordination with Wealth Management, Finance, Technology and Compliance.

This hybrid role offers on-site presence 2–3 days weekly, competitive base pay, and full benefits. Location includes Charlotte, with NY locations listed.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of knowledge working with retail wealth management operations and advisor compensation programs, including GDC statements, PC statements, W-2 reporting, and 1099 reporting.
• Demonstrated understanding of advisor teaming structures, compensation methodologies, and financial modeling principles.
• Proven ability to design innovative solutions to complex business challenges while balancing operational, financial, and compliance considerations.

Aufgaben

• Serve as SME for the Collective Firm Payment program, guiding on eligibility, team structures, financial modeling, and administration.
• Lead onboarding and administration of firm-level compensation and advisor teaming programs.
• Coordinate cross-functional responses for complex matters involving program design and policy interpretation.
• Manage and monitor onboarding, agreement execution, and payment setup for firms and participants.
• Provide strategic consultation on compensation programs, reporting, and internal controls.
