Morgan Stanley in Alpharetta, GA is seeking Registered Client Service Associates to advance the client experience and support growth with a strong foundation in firm policies and capabilities. The role emphasizes onboarding, documentation, and reliable client servicing in a fast-paced environment.

This position partners with Financial Advisors to deliver a comprehensive client service model, assists with marketing efforts, and participates in ongoing training to stay aligned with firm priorities

Competenze

• Active Series 7 and Series 66 or Series 63 and Series 65
• Two or more years of industry experience preferred
• High School Diploma or Equivalency; College degree preferred

Mansioni

• Cultivate and enhance client relationships through active communication and handling client requests
• Identify firm services and digital offerings to support client needs
• Onboard and maintain client accounts; collect information and documentation; process money movements
• Input orders and discuss reinvestment options with Financial Advisors
• Prepare financial plans, client reports, and materials for meetings
• Review client account alerts and take appropriate actions
• Partner with Financial Advisors to develop business plans and deliver client service model
• Support marketing by maintaining materials and planning client events and seminars
• Attend training and stay current on policies and platforms
• Perform administrative duties supporting Advisors (travel, calendars, reports)
• Participate in firm initiatives and share resources with Advisors
