Vanguard seeks Financial Sales Consultants to build relationships with clients, guide them through financial decisions, and connect them with Vanguard resources and advice professionals. This is a high-touch, consultative sales role with an assigned book of business.

Beyond base salary, performance-based incentive compensation is available. Licensing (SIE and Series 7, plus Series 63/65/66) may be required after hire; sponsorship is not offered. A hybrid working model is in place.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Three or more years of relevant experience in financial services, sales, or consulting.
• Experience managing a book of business in a regulated environment.
• Strong consultative sales, discovery, and relationship management skills; CRM and MS Office proficient.
• Knowledge of investment products and wealth management preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct discovery conversations to understand clients’ goals and unmet needs.
• Manage a book of business through proactive outreach and timely follow up.
• Educate clients about Vanguard solutions and connect them with specialists.
• Apply consultative sales to deepen relationships and guide next steps.
• Coordinate referrals and collaborate across Vanguard to deliver a positive client experience.
