Job summary

Vanguard is seeking Financial Sales Consultants to build meaningful relationships with clients, help them navigate financial decisions, and connect them with Vanguard products and advice resources to meet their needs.

This high-touch, consultative role involves managing a book of business, proactive outbound outreach by phone, and delivering exceptional client experience with base salary plus incentive compensation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in financial services, sales or related fields preferred.
• Experience managing a book of business and client relationships.
• Strong consultative sales skills with CRM experience.
• Knowledge of investment products and wealth management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct discovery conversations to understand clients' goals and needs.
• Manage a book of business with proactive outreach and timely follow‑up.
• Educate clients on Vanguard solutions and connect with specialists when appropriate.
• Use consultative sales to deepen relationships and support retention.
• Coordinate referrals and collaborate across Vanguard for a positive client experience.
