Job summary

Marmon Holdings is seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to support financial planning, reporting, and data-driven decision-making for the Store Care team. The role emphasizes Power BI development, budget coordination, and management presentations.

Work Location: Deerfield, IL. Work Arrangement: Hybrid — four days in office and one remote day. The role involves monthly vendor reviews and collaboration with Store Care Managers to drive actionable insights and performance improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial analysis, business analysis, or related analytical roles.
• Proficiency in Excel and Power BI for reporting.
• Experience developing, maintaining, or supporting Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Experience extracting, manipulating, validating, and reporting data; ServiceChannel experience is preferred.
• Ability to prepare PowerPoint presentations for management reporting and business reviews.

Responsibilities

• Financial Analysis and Reporting: Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, variances, opportunities, and risks; translate findings into actionable insights.
• ServiceChannel Data and Reporting: Extract, analyze, validate, and report data from ServiceChannel to support oversight and reviews.
• Budget Preparation: Assist with the development, preparation, and monitoring of budgets and forecasts.
• Weekly Reporting: Prepare and distribute weekly financial and operational reports.
• Power BI Development and Maintenance: Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for visibility into performance.
• Management Presentations: Create professional PowerPoint presentations summarizing financial results and trends.
• Vendor Business Reviews: Support monthly business reviews with Handyman and Insourcing vendors.
• Store Care Team Support: Partner with Store Care Managers to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Data Accuracy and Integrity: Validate data, investigate discrepancies, and maintain reporting methodologies.
