Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a business-related field; education verified.
• Entry level role: no professional work experience required.
• One year of experience in finance, accounting, or analytics (preferred).
• Experience with word processing, spreadsheets, databases, internet, e-mail, and scheduling apps.
• Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Master’s degree options require the degree from an accredited institution; education is verified.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and analysis for budgeting, strategic planning, variance reporting, and ad-hoc analyses for facilities, regions, or system-wide teams.
• Complete defined tasks related to operating budget, capital budget, strategic planning, patient accounts, and operations; non-routine tasks under supervision.
• Ensure tasks are completed on time with accurate results.
• Prepare routine to minimally complex financial analyses, variance reports, and ad-hoc reports.
• Partner with internal customers to develop quantitative reports using data to evaluate clinical and operational issues.
• Participate in system-wide processes or improvement projects when assigned and supervised.
