Job summary

Intermountain Health Logan Regional Hospital in Logan, Utah is seeking a Financial Analyst I to support budgeting, strategic planning, variance reporting and ad-hoc analysis to drive sound financial operations across the organization.

The role participates in preparing financial analysis, reports and dashboards to inform leadership across the organization and to support clinical and operational initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or business field is preferred and verified.
• Two years of professional experience conducting and evaluating routine financial analysis preferred.
• Master's degree with less than two years of experience in financial analysis preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with budgeting, strategic planning, variance reporting and ad-hoc analyses.
• Prepare financial analysis, variance reports, and quantitative reports for leadership.
• Support system-wide processes and coordinate data gathering from Intermountain sources.
• Develop reports and dashboards to analyze clinical and operational issues.
• Contribute to cost reduction and process improvement initiatives.
• Work with internal customers to ensure timely, accurate deliverables.
