Job summary

Itron seeks a Systems Analyst/Specialist to join the Global Consolidations & Reporting team at its Liberty Lake, WA headquarters. You will support US GAAP close, maintain the General Ledger, and optimize Oracle ERP/Oracle Cloud EPM reporting, driving accuracy and efficiency across global finance operations.

The role requires a detail-oriented, collaborative professional with accounting knowledge, data integrity, and process improvement skills, contributing to a customer-centric finance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, MIS, BI, or related field.
• 2+ years in accounting, financial reporting, consolidations, or related finance.
• Working knowledge of US GAAP, month-end close, and financial reporting processes.
• Experience with Oracle ERP, Oracle Cloud EPM, Hyperion, or similar finance systems.
• Excel proficiency with strong analytical problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive process improvements across functions.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end close to ensure compliant financial reporting under US GAAP.
• Prepare and record journal entries, analyses, and supporting documents.
• Monitor data validations to ensure accurate global consolidated results.
• Maintain Oracle ERP General Ledger chart of accounts; ensure governance and data integrity.
• Develop and support Oracle Cloud EPM Narrative Reporting to improve efficiency.
• Perform account reconciliations and resolve variances timely.
• Support intercompany, currency translation, and related reporting processes.
