Job summary

Trinity Industries in Dallas, TX seeks a Financial Business Systems Analyst to bridge Finance, Accounting, and IT for the LX/ERP suite. You will ensure data flows from supply chain and manufacturing into the General Ledger and contribute to future LX-to-Oracle Cloud migrations.

The role requires strong finance and accounting fundamentals, ERP configuration experience, and collaborative skills with internal partners and vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Accounting or technical discipline.
• 5+ years in finance, accounting, or ERP business systems roles with close involvement in close cycles and ERP support.
• Functional knowledge of ERP financial modules (GL, AP, AR, Cost Management, Inventory Accounting).
• Experience with major ERP systems; Oracle Cloud ERP exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the functional expert for the LX/ERP system, supporting Accounting and Finance on day-to-day issues and data flow into the General Ledger.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and test scenarios.
• Manage workstreams across the full solution lifecycle from discovery to stabilization.
• Support LX-to-Oracle Cloud migration initiatives and data migration effort.
