Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• 3 years of supervisory experience.
• 3 years of experience managing complex budgets with multiple funding sources.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the department's financial operations and budgets across multiple accounts.
• Advise Chair on budget planning and provide ad hoc reports.
• Manage faculty and staff appointments, payroll questions, travel and research grants processes.
• Supervise business and academic support staff and ensure timely, accurate operations.
