Job summary

Jobot is seeking a dynamic Finance Manager: Operations for a manufacturing client in a hybrid role, based in Indiana. You will oversee the finance department, perform complex analyses, monthly reporting, budgeting, and ensure internal controls.

The position offers hybrid work (2-3 days in office), a $100,000–$150,000 salary, bonus eligibility, and health insurance. Minimum 5 years experience and CPA/Master’s desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; Master’s degree or CPA highly desirable.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar finance/operations role.
• Strong understanding of finance, budgeting, and cost control principles.
• Advanced Excel and proficiency with financial software and reporting.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the operations of the finance department, including the design of an organizational structure.
• Conduct complex financial analysis to determine present and future performance.
• Document the form and content of financial reports and direct preparation of all financial reports.
• Oversee the approval and processing of revenue, expenditure, and budgets; maintain ledgers.
• Develop and implement finance, accounting, and auditing procedures.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Establish and maintain internal controls to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
• Manage the preparation of the company's annual budget and forecasts.
• Perform account reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance.
