Qualifications

• Completed junior year or higher.
• GPA of 3.5 or higher.
• Degree in Finance, Economics, or a related business field.
• Strong Excel and data-analysis skills.
• Comfortable using AI tools to support research, analysis, and everyday work, while checking results for accuracy.
• Experience with Power BI and Power Automate is a plus.
• Able to communicate clearly and work with others.
• Willing to learn new tools and ways of working.
• Able to work full-time for 11 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical support for planning, forecasting, and strategic business decisions.
• Support FP&A activities, including consolidating and validating monthly actuals, maintaining client-level subscriptions, and data-buy expense tracking.
• Support third-party insurance market research and analysis, including data analysis and market mapping.
• Assist with recurring spreadsheet and Power BI reporting and dashboard tasks, including report refreshes and data-quality testing.
• Document and improve recurring finance processes and related controls.
• Support process-improvement initiatives, including creating Power Automate workflows to reduce manual tasks.
