Job summary

Charles Schwab in Southlake, TX is seeking a Senior Manager in Trading Services Finance to lead the revenue forecast and enhance the forecasting framework. You will translate market movements into concise insights for senior Finance and business leaders.

You will collaborate across Finance, Trading Services, Operations, Accounting, Risk, and data teams to support monthly performance analysis, quarterly forecasting, and annual planning, while evaluating volume-sensitive trading expenses.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
7+ years of progressive Finance experience with forecasting ownership.
Experience analyzing financial and operational drivers and explaining material changes.
Strong communication and storytelling skills for senior leaders.
Experience with stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration across Finance, business, operations, risk, or data.

Responsibilities

Own and improve the forecasting framework for Retail Trading revenue.
Translate trading activity, client behavior, and market conditions into insights for senior leaders.
Support monthly performance analysis, quarterly forecasting, and annual planning.
