Job summary

Siemens Energy, Inc. is seeking a Financial Digital Transformation Specialist to bridge Finance, Commercial Operations, and Digitalization.

The role will modernize financial and commercial processes, enhance reporting, and enable data-driven decision making across Grid Technologies North America. You will lead the design and implementation of dashboards and analytics, collaborate with IT and business stakeholders, and drive data governance and process improvements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business analytics, information systems, economics, or related field.
5+ years in financial analysis, commercial finance, business analytics, process improvement, or digital transformation.
Strong knowledge of SAP and Salesforce; advanced Excel and BI tooling.

Responsibilities

Translate business requirements into scalable digital solutions with Finance, Commercial Ops, and IT stakeholders.
Develop dashboards and metrics for revenue, margin, cash flow, backlog, forecasting, and operations.
Support tool implementations (SAP, Salesforce, Power BI, RPA, Copilot) and adoption across teams.
Drive data quality, governance, and master data management for reliable reporting.
Create training materials and support change management for new processes.
Measure value through KPIs and support North America strategic initiatives.
