Qualifications

• 3+ years in FP&A or related finance analytics in a tech company.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; investigate data discrepancies.
• Expert in Google Sheets and/or Excel with financial modeling.
• SQL proficiency required; Databricks or similar data warehouse experience preferred.
• Hands-on experience with a BI tool (Preset, Tableau, Looker, or equivalent).
• Strong understanding of SaaS, marketplace, fintech, or high-volume transaction-based business models and unit economics.

Responsibilities

• Data accuracy and infrastructure: maintain QA for financial data outputs and manage financial data stack.
• Core metric tracking: build reports for revenue by channel, delivery margins, and unit economics.
• FP&A & Financial Analysis: track budget vs. actual, support forecasting and variance analysis.
• Maintain actuals data to support rolling forecast updates and management reporting.
