Finance/Corporate Trust Attorney – Hybrid from Hartford, Stamford, Boston or Remote

We are seeking a lawyer with a minimum of four years of experience in transactional work to join our well-established, nationally renowned Corporate Trust practice. Our Corporate Trust group works closely with the capital markets and loan agency departments of major national banks and other financial institutions, representing them as trustees, administrative agents, escrow agents and collateral or security agents in a wide variety of corporate debt, project finance, municipal bond, secured and structured financing transactions and defaults. Applicants with finance or securities/capital markets experience would be ideal. Successful applicants must have the ability to work with complex transactional documents and prioritize work in a deadline-intensive environment. We value collaboration and collegiality among our lawyers and are looking for someone proactive with strong interpersonal skills to join our team. Although we would prefer a candidate to work out of our Connecticut or Boston offices, with the ability to work remotely two days per week, we are flexible and will consider strong applicants who prefer to work remotely. The salary range for this position is $160,000 - $225,000. Salary determinations are based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, length of past work experience, type of past work experience, the transferability of past work experience to the current position, full or part-time employment status, practice group and geographic location.
