Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• CPA, MBA, or Big Four experience preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive finance, accounting, or FP&A experience.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. Government Contracting, CAS, FAR, IFRS, and U.S. GAAP.
• Advanced Excel skills required.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting activities.
• Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals.
• Oversee financial performance analysis, profitability reporting, cash flow, working capital, and variance analysis.
• Partner with executive leadership to support strategic decision-making.
• Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and financial controls.
• Support contract pricing, audits, compliance requirements, and government contracting activities.
