Job summary

Nokia in Coppell, Texas is seeking a senior Finance & Controlling professional to lead Customer & Project Controlling. You will provide advanced decision support, oversee financial planning, reporting and analysis for the CPC organisation, and collaborate with sales and project teams globally.

The role requires a Master’s degree in Finance and 7–10 years of experience, strong Excel/Power BI skills, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Finance or related field with 7–10 years in Finance and Controlling.
• Strong MS Office suite, SAP (preferred), Oracle, Salesforce, and Power BI.
• Proven ability to interact with global teams and manage cost performance.
• Excellent English communication at executive level and cross‑cultural collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Drives business performance and provides advanced decision support to business leaders in a complex business organisation.
• Responsible for financial planning, reporting and analysis for their respective business organisation, and challenges the organisation in commercial, financial and business performance‑related issues.
• Identifies and monitors risks, exposures and opportunities, and ensures performance tracking is in place to alert possible needs for corrective actions.
• Drives the permanent reduction of the working capital needs.
• Ensures compliance with Nokia accounting principles, internal controls and Sarbanes‑Oxley (SOX) policies, procedures and reporting.
• Establishes productive relationships with internal / external stakeholders and authorities.
• Acts as a senior subject matter expert, typically at a global or regional level, in many organisational units the most senior internal expert who serves as best practice / quality resource and is an acknowledged authority both within and outside own organisational unit.
• Often leads functional teams or projects with considerable resource requirements, risk, and complexity, handles day-to-day staff management issues, including resource management and allocation of work.
