Best Bev in Waverly, NY is seeking a Controller to oversee all accounting and financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, GAAP compliance, and strong internal controls. The role provides financial leadership, strategic support to executive leadership, and opportunities for process improvements within an ERP framework.

The position is full-time with a hybrid work environment; additional hours may be required during close, audits, budgeting cycles, or major financial projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited program.
• 7–10 years of related accounting experience in manufacturing operations.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
• Experience with NetSuite and QuickBooks or comparable ERP; proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure timely month-end and year-end close processes.
• Maintain integrity of the general ledger and reconciliations.
• Analyze financial results, variances, trends, and operational performance.
• Prepare financial reports and presentations for executive leadership.
• Support cash flow management and financial forecasting.
