Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in data science, financial analytics, FP&A analytics, or related roles.
• Strong Python/SQL skills with production-grade code and complex data pipelines.
• Experience with forecasting, time-series, anomaly detection, and model validation.
• Familiarity with AI/ML libraries and generative AI applications.
• Experience with cloud-based analytics platforms (Databricks/Snowflake) and major cloud providers.
• Proven ability to explain complex models to Finance leaders and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain AI-enabled financial dashboards and analytics tools.
• Build scalable ETL/ELT pipelines integrating financial data into the Enterprise Data Platform.
• Develop/validate ML models for forecasting, scenario analysis, and variance analysis.
• Apply generative AI/LLMs to streamline financial reporting and analytics.
• Automate FP&A, monthly close, and management reporting processes.
• Partner with FP&A, data engineering, and business stakeholders to translate questions into analytics solutions.
• Prepare executive-ready analyses and narratives for forecasting and decision-making.
• Own end-to-end delivery of analytics initiatives including deployment and monitoring.
• Ensure outputs are explainable, auditable, and governance-aligned.
• Document model assumptions, data definitions, and business rules.
