Job summary

Strayer University seeks an Adjunct Faculty member to teach undergraduate and graduate finance courses in a hybrid format, combining on-campus sessions with asynchronous online instruction. The role includes maintaining office hours and delivering 11 in-person meetings per week at Center City Campus.

Ideal candidates have college teaching experience, 5+ years in a finance-related field, and a Doctorate in Finance or a Business-related Doctorate with relevant Finance credentials.

• Demonstrated knowledge of academic technology.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) software and overall computer skills.
• Demonstrated knowledge of academic evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Teach courses from a predefined curriculum leveraging professional expertise.
• Enhance curriculum using technology and videos.
• Be on-campus for in-person sessions and manage online component.
