Responsibilities

• Observe, evaluate, and provide feedback to teacher candidates during student teaching or intern placements (in-person and virtual).
• Mentor and guide candidates, helping reflect on practice and identify growth areas in instruction and classroom management.
• Collaborate with mentor teachers, credential analysts, faculty, and leadership to support each candidate.
• Assist in resolving concerns involving student teachers, interns, principals, or mentors.
• Participate in orientations, evaluations, and support processes to onboard and assess candidates.
• Complete and submit observation forms, evaluations, and required documentation on time.
• Attend required departmental trainings, meetings, and events; perform duties to support program quality and compliance.
