Qualifications

• Doctorate in Organizational Leadership or a closely related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a relevant business or management setting.
• Experience teaching graduate courses in hybrid and/or online formats using an LMS.

Responsibilities

• Teach interactive onsite and online courses in the MA Organizational Leadership and Management program using Canvas.
• Maintain an active presence in the classroom and respond to student inquiries within 24–48 hours.
• Provide timely feedback and submit grades by deadlines.
• Engage students through dialogue and collaborative learning to support success.
• Identify at-risk students and refer to appropriate support services.
• Collaborate with faculty to refine course content and align with program goals.
• Complete onboarding, adjunct training, and participate in meetings.
