Job summary

Syngenta's Evansville, IL site is seeking a Trialing Specialist Technician to support yield trials for corn, soybean, and wheat with precise data collection and safe, compliant operations. The position is hybrid and located within a one-hour commute of Evansville, IL.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in agriculture or relevant experience.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving history.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in field/greenhouse conditions.

Responsibilities

• Plant, maintain, and harvest research plots for corn, soybean, and wheat trials.
• Operate machinery and equipment such as planters, drones, and phenotyping devices.
• Record data accurately and communicate project status to the Trialing Manager.
• Ensure safety and compliance with company policies and training.
