Job summary

Balfour Beatty US is seeking an Office/Field Engineer to support project planning and daily execution. You will assist the Project Engineer and Superintendent with submittals, material deliveries, and schedule management on site and in the office.

The role requires 1–4 years of related experience, a civil/ mechanical/ construction management background, and proficiency with CAD, HCSS HeavyJob, and Primavera. Strong communication across teams is essential.

Qualifications

• 1-4 years of experience, equivalent combinations of technical training and related
• S. in civil engineering, mechanical engineering or construction management preferred
• Computer knowledge of office suite programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of CAD, HCSS HeavyJob, and Primavera
• Ability to interface and effectively communicate with project teams

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Engineer and Superintendent with planning and daily execution
• Manage submittal approvals and timely delivery of materials
• Maintain project schedules and budgets as assigned
• Coordinate procurement of materials and subcontractor scheduling
• Participate in safety meetings and quality inspections

Skills
