Job summary

The Oregon Health Authority (OHA) is seeking a Fee-For-Service Contracts Administrator to oversee two contracted service areas within the Medicaid OHP FFS Open Card delivery system. The role emphasizes oversight, evaluation, and strategic direction to improve provider networks and member communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Public Administration, Behavioral or Social Sciences, Finance, Political Science or any degree demonstrating the capacity for the knowledge and skills.
• Four years professional-level evaluative, analytical and planning work.
• Or seven years of experience in lieu of education.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight, evaluation and strategic direction for two contracted service areas: Network Provider Development and statewide Member Communications/Marketing.
• Support the OHA’s Oregon Health Plan (OHP) FFS Open Card delivery system and related contracts.
• Develop and implement policies and programs aligning with federal and state requirements.
• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders across agencies to improve health equity and access.
