Job summary

Placements24 in East London is seeking a compassionate Family Support Worker to empower families through in-home and community-based services. This hybrid role blends remote administrative tasks with essential in-person client support, counseling, and resource coordination to help families thrive.

You will partner with social workers and educators to assess needs, develop family plans, and connect families to services, while providing guidance on parenting, child development, and resilience.

Qualifications
