Job summary

Nice Healthcare is a technology-enabled primary care clinic delivering care at patients' homes or virtually. This hybrid NP-led role in Issaquah, WA, requires a WA license and NP certification. You’ll provide in-person and virtual care, coordinate referrals, and collaborate with an integrated care team.

We offer comprehensive benefits and flexible shifts. The position offers 8- or 10-hour days, 0.8375–1.0 FTE, and a salary range of $128,960–$138,000 per year at 1.0 FTE.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Nursing is required.
• CPR/BLS certification is required.
• ANCC/AANP national certification is required.
• Current unrestricted WA nursing license is required.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person and virtual patient care based on market needs.
• Submit referrals (in-house and external) as necessary.
• Work independently and with an integrated care team including mental health and physical therapy.
• Participate in a virtual weekend rotation every 4th weekend (Sat/Sun 9:00am-12:00pm PST).
• Contribute to Nice Healthcare's mission to transform how people access care.
