One Medical is hiring per diem clinicians to see patients in Ballard, with occasional float to nearby clinics. You’ll conduct acute, chronic, and well visits, in-office and via tele-health, and collaborate with both in-person and virtual teams.

The role requires active primary care practice, license in WA or ability to obtain it, and board certification. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, malpractice coverage, and tools to support high-quality care.

Qualifikationen

• At least 2 years of primary care experience required.
• Currently licensed or ability to obtain licensure in the state of Washington.
• Ability to build successful relationships with team members and communicate effectively both 1-on-1 and in groups.
• Thrives in a fast-growing, mission-driven organization focused on using data to improve patient outcomes.
• Board Certification.
