HealthDrive is seeking a full-time Billing Collections Coordinator/Facility Collector in Framingham, MA to manage timely collection of outstanding balances from ancillary and primary care services. This role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to handle high-volume follow-up while learning new billing systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree preferred.
• Experience in collections, medical billing, or healthcare administration is a plus.
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate and distribute facility invoices using internal billing systems.
• Learn and navigate new software platforms and billing tools quickly.
• Conduct high-volume outbound collection calls to facilities regarding balances.
• Follow up on unpaid invoices and aging accounts receivable.
• Communicate professionally with facility staff on billing discrepancies and payment status.
• Document collection activity and account updates accurately.
• Research and resolve billing issues and delays.
• Maintain organized tracking of accounts and follow-up schedules.
• Collaborate with billing, operations, and clinical teams to resolve accounts.
• Meet productivity expectations for call volume and follow-up timelines.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
