Job summary

Rize Credit Union's Irwindale headquarters is seeking a Facilities Operations Coordinator to organize day-to-day facilities tasks, coordinate vendors, orders, access control, and records, and support security and asset management. This hands-on role blends office coordination with on-site activity across locations.

You'll manage work requests, purchases, shipping, and project coordination, travel between sites, and a hybrid schedule with onsite first 90 days.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of experience in facilities coordination, workplace or office operations, purchasing/procurement, vendor coordination, or related operational support role.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requests, projects, deadlines, and competing priorities.
• Excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
• Strong customer service and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with employees, leaders, vendors, contractors, and service providers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate a wide variety of day-to-day Facilities activities including service requests, purchasing, vendors, and workplace needs.
• Coordinate mail, shipping, and workplace services and troubleshoot delivery issues.
• Support physical security and access, including badges, permissions, and CCTV.
• Keep assets, records, and projects organized with schedules, trackers, and documentation.
• Maintain and review invoices, purchasing documentation, and vendor communications.
