NIRA, Inc. is seeking an Oracle ADF/Java Developer to support FAA programs in a hybrid role, collaborating with government project managers and engineers to deliver enterprise applications and integrations that advance U.S. aviation safety and efficiency.

The role emphasizes Oracle ADF/Java development, Oracle SOA Suite experience, PIF integrations, and Splunk-driven monitoring in an Agile environment, with federal government project exposure and security-clearance readiness.

Qualifications

• US citizen or Permanent Resident; ability to obtain Public Trust clearance
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or relevant field
• Master's degree with 5+ years or Bachelor's with 10+ years of relevant experience
• Demonstrated enterprise applications development with Oracle ADF and Java/J2EE
• Strong Oracle SOA Suite and enterprise integrations experience
• Strong SQL/PLSQL development skills
• Experience implementing Oracle Consulting's Project Integration Framework (PIF)
• Experience using Splunk for monitoring, troubleshooting and log analysis
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in Agile environments

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, enhance, test, and maintain enterprise applications using Oracle ADF and Java/J2EE
• Develop reusable Oracle ADF components, services, task flows, and UIs
• Perform code analysis, debugging, and performance tuning of Oracle ADF apps
• Develop SOAP and REST web services
• Design and implement integrations using PIF; configure and customize PIF components
• Troubleshoot integration issues across distributed applications
