Job summary

The TemPositions Group of Companies (TGC Search) seeks a Direct Hire / Executive Recruiter for its Executive Search division. You will proactively source and recruit top talent, build strong client relationships, and market candidates for direct-hire roles to C-level executives and hiring authorities.

This hybrid NYC and/or Long Island role includes 3 months of training and a draw against commissions, focusing on business development, interviewing, and successful placements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
• Minimum 2–5 years recruitment experience
• Proven success hiring professionals and building client relationships
• Ability to engage C-level contacts and negotiate terms

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit top talent for direct-hire placements
• Develop new business and manage client relationships
• Lead interview process and candidate presentation
• Negotiate bill rates, terms and fees with clients
• Coordinate placement logistics and ensure client satisfaction
