• Prepare briefing materials and background research for leadership engagements.
• Manage timelines, approvals, and logistics for executive communications projects.
• Maintain archives of leadership communications and assets.
• Collaborate with media, editorial, design, and video teams to amplify leadership messaging.
• Support crisis communication efforts as needed.
