The ideal candidate is highly organized, collaborative, strategic, and passionate about creating exceptional experiences while ensuring event investments deliver measurable value.

Responsibilities
  • Event Portfolio Management: Develop and maintain consistent event planning processes and documentation. Partner with Growth Leaders and Growth Strategists to ensure that event objectives and desired outcomes are achieved. Maintain a centralized calendar of firm events and sponsorship activities. Provide proactive updates and status reporting to stakeholders. Work with team to ensure proper tracking in CRM system and new data entry for each event.
  • Event Operations & Asset Management: Oversee event assets, materials, logistics, and fulfillment to ensure efficient and consistent execution across events. Lead vendor coordination and serve as the primary point of contact for external event partners. Evaluate vendor proposals, negotiate terms as appropriate, and coordinate contract review and approval. Own event budgeting and expense management. Monitor event investments and identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency and overall value. Develop and maintain standardized event planning tools, templates, checklists, vendor resources, and processes.
  • Measurement: Define goals and success metrics for events and sponsorships. Track attendance, engagement, leads, opportunities, and business development outcomes. Conduct post-event reviews and gather stakeholder feedback. Develop recurring event performance reports and dashboards. Analyze results and identify opportunities to improve future investments and experiences.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
  • Preferred: Professional services, consulting, accounting, advisory, financial services, or B2B marketing experience.
  • Experience supporting business development and client-facing events.
  • Experience with CRM, marketing automation, and event management systems.
  • Familiarity with exhibit management and sponsorship activation.
  • Experience using AI tools to improve planning, communications, and reporting.
